FAQs

Because of the consignment business model, all sales are final — there are no returns or exchanges.

Inventory is first-come, first-served. Items listed online are also available for purchase in-store, so we cannot guarantee a hold.

If an item is sold, it will show “Sold Out” (grayed-out) on the online listing. You can refresh the page to see current status.

You’ll need to make an appointment (or follow current drop-off guidelines). Revive is currently accepting new consignors with Women's and/or Men's items and is typically booked weeks in advance for appointments.

Revive accepts women’s and Men's clothing, accessories, shoes, handbags, and designer items (in like-new condition).

They do not accept low-retail items (Walmart, Target, Shein brands), children’s items, items with damage, odors, stains, pet hair, etc.

Items should be clean, free of stains, pet hair, odors, damage, and in like-new or gently used condition.

There is a minimum of at least 15 items, up to 60 items for review. More is better.

Once your items sell, your consignor account is credited. If you selected the cash option, checks are automatically issued monthly (if your balance is over $20).

If you selected store credit, your account is credited and never expires.
