FAQs

Because of the consignment business model, all sales are final — there are no returns or exchanges.

Inventory is first-come, first-served. Items listed online are also available for purchase in-store, so we cannot guarantee a hold.

If an item is sold, it will show “Sold Out” (grayed-out) on the online listing. You can refresh the page to see current status.

You’ll need to make an appointment (or follow current drop-off guidelines). Revive is currently accepting new consignors (with some size / inventory restrictions) and is typically booked weeks in advance for drop off appointments.

Revive accepts women’s clothing, accessories, shoes, handbags, and designer items (in like-new condition).

They do not accept low-retail items (basic tees, shorts), certain children’s brands, items with damage, odors, stains, pet hair, etc.

Items should be clean, free of stains, pet hair, odors, damage, and in like-new or gently used condition.

There is a minimum and a maximum: bring at least 15 items, up to 60 items for review.

Once your items sell, your consignor account is credited. Checks are automatically issued monthly (if your balance is over $20).
