Our Founder Brittany
Brittany is a lifelong fan and student of fashion. She has always believed in taking it to the next level. As a child she went thrifting to style her mother’s career wardrobe. Her 5th grade yearbook states that she wanted to be a fashion designer when she grew up. Brittany never strayed from her belief in fashion, applying to only one college, Fashion Institute of Technology where she graduated on time in 4 years, fueled and ready to learn. She started her first job before graduation as a sweater designer for a Japanies company. Learning on high tech sweater printers and studying abroad in Japan. After years of working in the fashion industry and learning of all the waste it contributes, Brittany wanted to make a difference. Fusing her fashion education with her passion for second hand into a business was the natural next step. This is how Revive was born. Revives location in Somerville NJ was chosen because it is up and coming with its charming down town, apartments poping up everywhere and train station. Brittany now makes a positive impact on her community daily.
